Just the two of us

Although La Rousselie can sleep 10, 2 people can rent the villa economically by just renting the ground floor which does have a very nice double en-suite bedroom, plus the benefit of all the villa’s other facilities. The rental cost is £70.00 per night + electric with a minimum of 5 nights stay. (Offer applies to rental period from 01/10 to 30/04)

Long term rental

If your looking for a low season long term rental, for example house hunting, La Rousselie is available from £250.00 + electric per week with a minimum rental period of 4 weeks. (Offer applies to rental period from 01/10 to 30/04)

Bargain flight short breaks

Why not take advantage of the many fantastic Ryan Air deals, fly to either Limoges or Bergerac, in our experience most of the best flight deals are into Limoges which is approximately 1 hour 20 minutes drive from the villa.

Christmas and New Year

Celebrate the festive season in style; we supply the beautifully decorated “real” Christmas tree, plenty of cut logs for the big wood burner and of course champagne on arrival. So whether you’re celebrating with family or friends do it in style, you never know it might even snow!!

The basic cost for this period is £1000.00 per week + electric, as ever we will attempt to arrange your rental period around the most economical flights.

Affordable skiing and winter activity breaks

Explore the spectacular and vast Dordogne forests particularly beautiful in autumn and spring, or enjoy superb golf, fishing, walking, cycling and even skiing in the nearby Cantal Mountains, just over 2 hours by car.

For the less fanatical skier Super Lioran has an extensive lift system with excellently maintained piste and is particularly good for the intermediate and beginner skier.

May & September Saver

Often perfect weather for exploring not too hot and not too cold, they are probably our favourite months to holiday in France. Whether to enjoy spring flowers or stunning autumn colours, or feast on the gastronomic delights of the region with its busy markets and quiet roads the Dordogne has it all.

Special rates - if you are lucky enough to be able to take holidays in this period, book and pay in full now and receive a £100.00 discount from the total rental list price.

High Season Saver

Book for a minimum of 2 weeks rental for any weeks during July and August, pay in full now and receive a 5% discount off the total rental list price.

Terms & Conditions for seasonal promotions

• With the exception of the High Season and May & September Saver (When the full non refundable cost of the rental period is due at the time of booking) a non refundable deposit equal to 25% of the total rental cost is due at the time of booking, with the total balance due 8 weeks prior to the departure date.
• When a booking is made less than 8 weeks prior to departure the full non refundable cost of the rental is due at the time of booking.
• A fully refundable security deposit of £200.00 per weeks booking is payable 8 weeks prior to departure or at the time of booking if booking less than 8 weeks prior to departure, a minimum £200.00 fully refundable security deposit is payable on all bookings.
• It is not possible to combine offers (one discount offer per booking)
